Terms of use

Last updated: 21 October 2026

By using ATHAR you agree to these terms. Read them together with the privacy policy.

Do not enter patient data or national ID numbers.

1. The service

ATHAR is the Educational Consultancy Section's platform at Riyadh Second Health Cluster for requesting educational consultations, sharing ideas, joining video sessions, and using the Knowledge Center.

2. Who may use it

Public forms are open to cluster staff and people the section invites. Internal accounts are for assigned cluster staff; every account is personal and not shared.

3. Acceptable use

Do not enter patient data, health data, national ID numbers, or confidential information.

Do not upload unlawful or offensive content or material you have no right to share, and do not try to bypass protections or reach other people's data.

Video sessions may be recorded with participants' consent; you can join as a viewer without your camera and microphone being recorded.

4. The AI assistant

Answers from Ask ATHAR and the instructional design studio are drafts to be reviewed before use, not a final professional opinion. Do not enter other people's personal data.

5. Content and ownership

Ideas and attachments remain their authors'. You grant the section the right to use them inside the cluster to deliver and improve the service, with attribution. Knowledge Center content is for internal cluster use unless stated otherwise.

6. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the platform available; it may pause for maintenance or reasons outside our control. The service is provided as is, to the extent the law allows.

7. Suspension

The section may suspend any account or request that breaks these terms, and will tell its owner where possible.

8. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Questions: aalbugomi123456@gmail.com.
