Help center
Educational consultancy for Riyadh Second Health Cluster. Each role has numbered steps, what you do, and what happens next. Version 1.0.
Submit a consultancy without an account, choose a visit or a webinar, then track it.
1. Open the request
From the home page choose Request a consultancy, or scan the facility code.
The form opens, with the service or facility filled when the link carried them.
2. Enter your details
Name, email, and a mobile number starting with 05, then facility and department.
The next step stays closed until the required fields are complete.
3. Choose the service and the mode
One service card, then in person or webinar, and the need in your own words.
A webinar books a Nabd session after you send the request.
4. Review, then send
The review screen shows every section with an edit control.
You receive the ATH-CON reference by email.
5. Track the request
From Track your request enter the reference and the email. To book a webinar, choose webinar in the previous step, then open the session link from the tracking message.
The timeline shows receipt, triage, assignment, the appointment, and delivery.
6. Join the webinar and rate it
Join with the code or the barcode, then complete the survey after closure.
The rating reaches the section head and is not published on its own.
Receive an assignment and update status, time, and deliverables.
1. Open my work
After sign-in, My work lists only the requests assigned to you.
The counters are yours.
2. Read the request card
Requester, facility, service, mode, and time sit on one card.
The need is stored as the beneficiary wrote it.
3. Update the status
Choose the next status. Each change is written on the timeline.
The requester is emailed.
4. Set the time
Pick an available Riyadh time. A reason is required when the time changes.
The linked Nabd session updates and a calendar file is sent.
5. Message the beneficiary
Messages stay on the request, and a copy goes by email.
The email is not shown on public pages.
6. Upload the deliverable and close
Attach the file and the summary, then close and send the survey.
The survey is sent, and the request is not closed before that.
Triage, assign, reassign, and read the indicators.
1. Open the inbox
New requests are ordered by age and the one-business-day limit.
Green, amber, and red show how close the limit is.
2. Read the need
Open the request before assigning. The service name is the catalog name.
If details are missing, send it back to the requester.
3. Assign a consultant
Pick from the list: name, specialty, and load. Do not type an email by hand.
The consultant and the requester are notified.
4. Reassign when needed
A reason is required. The previous consultant sees the change.
The time and the linked session move with the request.
5. Change the time
From the card, or by dragging it on the calendar. A reason is required.
The event is stored on the timeline.
6. Read the indicators
The leadership view shows the service limit and satisfaction when enough records exist.
A number is not shown without records behind it.
Read the board and the reports without operating a request.
1. Open the board
From the menu: leadership. The date is in Riyadh time.
Each indicator defines itself on hover.
2. Filter by facility
Choose a facility, a service, or a period.
The numbers are recalculated from the same register.
3. Read the service limit
The share of requests triaged within one business day.
A breach is shown in red.
4. Read satisfaction
It appears after closure surveys, not before.
A thin sample shows an empty state.
5. Open the monthly brief
From Reports. The narrative is sent after the section head approves it.
The archive keeps earlier copies.
6. Export
A PDF in the cluster identity, or Excel for the figures.
The file contains no test data.
Create a meeting or a webinar and join by code or barcode.

In Nabd choose a video meeting or a webinar, in Arabic and English.
The status stays scheduled until the time arrives.

Add the email. The invitation and the calendar file go out on their own.
A reminder one day before and one hour before.
3. Show the barcode
From the host board. The code opens the join page.
An A4 poster can be printed.
4. Join with the code
On a phone the digits are large, or scan with the camera from the join page.
The waiting room holds until the host admits you.
5. Record attendance
Joining records attendance. Leaving is counted in the report.
After the session: a summary, attendance, and a certificate.
6. Verify the certificate
The code on the certificate opens a public verification page.
Nothing beyond the name and the session is shown.
Users, facilities, services, mail, intelligence, and barcodes.
1. Users and roles
Invite by email, set the role and the facility, or disable the account.
The audit log records it by name.
2. Facilities and departments
Add or disable, or import a file from the cluster template.
The department follows the facility on the request form.
3. Services
Name, description, limit, and order. The table is the source of names on the site.
Mail and reports read the same table.
4. Email templates
Arabic and English, a preview, a test send, and a retry when sending fails.
A failure is written as a sentence a person can read.
5. Artificial intelligence
On the intelligence page: connection, usage, and the prompt library.
Without a key the badge stays with the administrator and the tools stay hidden.
6. Barcodes and settings
Generate a destination barcode and a poster. Upload the cluster and affairs marks.
Test data is managed from its own page.
